Our cancellation policy is intended to keep you accountable and committed to prioritizing your well-being while respecting the necessities of running a small business. We understand sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances that come with life so please reach out to us directly with your emergency. Thank you in advance for understanding.Â
• All sales are final. If rescheduling is necessary, your payment will be credited to your Sweet Balance account for 90 days as long as the below policies are respected.
• We require a 48-hour notice to cancel or change your scheduled appointment to avoid the cancellation fee.
• Late cancellation or appointment change fee is 100% of your scheduled service.
• Late arrival: If you are more than 15 min. late for your scheduled appointment time, your service will be shortened if applicable to the service or a late cancellation fee of 100% of your scheduled service.
