Strong Slow Flow Yoga class is a moving meditation of connecting breath with movement. You will experience a beautiful blend of breath, alignment, inspiration, slow transitions, flexibility and strength. This is a moderately vigorous class with lots of modifications given for both beginner and advanced students.
While new students will be developing body awareness and alignment, experienced students are encouraged to explore advanced variations of postures (asana).
We honor and celebrate that everyone is practicing to their own abilities and comfort levels. All are welcome.
All of our practices end with LOVING TOUCH based on the instructor's comfortability & scope of practice. You can expect to receive 1 or all: gentle massage, positive energy / Reiki, compression and or bodywork with one of our custom therapeutic grade essential oil blends.
