This class is suitable for beginners, with little to no experience, or anyone who desire to move ease-fully. Expect juicy stretching with lots of lengthening and a sweet dose of ease and relaxation.
All of our practices end with LOVING TOUCH based on the instructor's comfortability & scope of practice. You can expect to receive 1 or all: gentle massage, positive energy / Reiki, compression and or body work with one of our custom therapeutic grade essential oil blends.
