Up the ante of self-discovery and healing through a chakra exploration with an all levels Asana (physical practice) and meditation. This workshop will integrate subtle therapies to help you live more harmoniously.
Beyond the physical body, you foster a chakra system consisting of 7 colorful, spinning, energetic wheels! Did you know you always have the tools to access the inner workings of your embodied wisdom? Learn methods to stabilize each chakra through sensory stimulation with foods, postures, and mantras. Would you like to have less “off” days bogging you down from the residuals of stress? If so, it’s time to strengthen go on a journey through the chakras!
Strengthening your intuition will create a pathway to return to your natural state of balance.

✨Our minds are often flooded with constant thoughts, wondering, planning, rethinking, and replaying. In this 90 minute introduction to meditation workshop, we will explore what meditation is and how it can help us drop the "thinking mind" and be filled with more energy, presence, and openness.
✨In this workshop, students will be introduced to and led through 4-5 guided meditations that include techniques such as (but not limited to): breath control, attentive listening, and visualization. Brief discussions before and after each meditation will be included. Students will also learn techniques and tools to carry meditation into their daily lives both on and off the meditation cushion.
✨Benefits of meditation include: decrease anxiety, uplifted mood, increase relaxation, and increase in presence and self-awareness.

• This will be a non-dogmatic, open to all meditation workshop. Discussions of yoga philosophy and traditional spirituality will not be discussed.

With every breath, this deep healing stretch will ease your mind, soothe your soul and open your heart to more LOVE. The setting of this practice is quiet, comfortably tempered and dimly lit. Gentle sounds of healing music will comfort and lull you into a deep state of relaxation.
All of the yoga poses are seated and laying down. Throughout the practice, you'll receive scalp massage, Acupressure, Reiki, hands-on adjustments and loving massage with signature SB essential oil blends.
Yin Yoga stretches the deep inner connective tissues allowing you to physically experience:
