Friday, March 1st - Be a Warrior! This workshop will break down alignment and anatomy for Warrior 1, Warrior 2 and crescent lunge.
Friday, March 8th - Sun Salutation breakdown. Ever wonder what the teacher means by “chaturanga?” Or want to skip doing one in class, but aren’t sure what to replace it with? Curious about the different variations of Suns? If so, this workshop is for you! Learn different ways to do a Sun Salutation, with and without chaturangas. You will learn more about your anatomy and proper alignment.
Friday, March 15th - Vinyasa Flow Basics. In this workshop, we will flow through a vinyasa style class, with mini-lessons throughout regarding alignment, and cues to awaken within you. You will leave here with a better sense of bodily awareness and knowledge regarding some of the most popular poses in modern-day yoga.
Investment: $35 per workshop, or $90 for all three (a $15 savings).
