And now it's time for you to be taken care of. Restore and nourish yourself with a yummy post-holiday Deep Stretch Yin Yoga practice.

The setting of this practice is quiet, comfortably tempered, dimly lit, in a safe space that's gently filled with the sound of healing music. This practice begins seated and slowly transitions to fully laying down. With every breath, your body will slowly melt into therapeutic yin yoga poses for a deep healing stretch.

Throughout the practice, you'll receive scalp massage, Acupressure, Reiki, hands-on adjustments and loving massage with therapeutic grade essential oils.

Have you ever wanted to try an inversion, but wasn’t sure where to start or were afraid of falling? Join Ally on Friday, November 30 for a beginner level inversion workshop. We will begin with a gentle flow to warm up and stretch prior to breaking down some simple inversions. This class is geared towards all levels.

Arm Balance and Inversion Workshop 2.0

Beginner Level Inversions 1.0 with Ally is a prerequisite for this workshop.

“What if I fall?”
“Oh darling, but what if you fly?”

Have a basic understanding of arm balances and Inversions, but want a little challenge? Then this workshop is for you! We will begin by practicing some of the basic inversions and arm balances, then move on to some more challenging, yet attainable, asanas. This workshop-style class will begin with a mini flow to get warmed up, then poses will be broken down and practiced before moving on to the next.
