Back to Basics 

WARRIOR WHAT? CHATURANGA WHO? VINYASA, HUH?

It's time to get back to basics with Ally Milford.

 💕Friday | March 1st, 8th, and 15th 💕

Friday, March 1st - Be a Warrior! This workshop will break down alignment and anatomy for Warrior 1, Warrior 2 and crescent lunge.

Friday, March 8th - Sun Salutation breakdown. Ever wonder what the teacher means by “chaturanga?” Or want to skip doing one in class, but aren’t sure what to replace it with? Curious about the different variations of Suns? If so, this workshop is for you! Learn different ways to do a Sun Salutation, with and without chaturangas. You will learn more about your anatomy and proper alignment.

Friday, March 15th - Vinyasa Flow Basics. In this workshop, we will flow through a vinyasa style class, with mini-lessons throughout regarding alignment, and cues to awaken within you. You will leave here with a better sense of bodily awareness and knowledge regarding some of the most popular poses in modern-day yoga.

Investment: $35 per workshop, or $90 for all three (a $15 savings).

Let's ROCK + ROLL baby!

 💫IMAGINE getting a daily MASSAGE? Well, you can! Join Chanelle for this 90-minute workshop where you'll learn how to do a full body massage and pressure point work with the use of tennis balls and foam rolling. 

 ✨Expect to experience an increase in your range of motion, decreased muscular pain & tension, minimized cellulite and a more youthful appearance!

Cardio Core + Restore

🌀Get ready for an upbeat music-driven, sweat-breaking, heart-pumping, mind-mastering, whole, body, and soul emerging event.

🌀This cardio-strength combination class alternates strength exercises and cardio blasts to sculpt every major muscle group.

🌀It starts slow then the pace will pick up along with increasing your endurance performing various sculpting exercises for the whole body without the use of additional weights. The evening ends gently with a vinyasa sequence, followed by a well-deserved yin stretch and savasana.

This is a fun opportunity to balance out your yoga practice, cultivate your inner fire and power the capabilities of your heart. All the mental focus of a flow and challenge of interval training with easy-to-follow steps will leave you feeling proud, blissed and balanced.

Open Heart

Taught by Ally Mildford - YTT 200HR and Reiki Level 2 Practitioner

Friday | April 5th | 7-8:30 pm

💓Open your heart to a stress-free life💓         

This 90-minute workshop will begin with a 30-minute slow flow, followed by 60 blissful minutes of restorative yoga with heart opening poses. Restorative asanas are all seated or laying down; these poses allow you to rest and digest. During the restorative poses, Ally will be administering Reiki and gentle bodywork.
