Yoga nidra, also known as “yogic sleep”, is a relaxing guided meditation. You’ll embark on a peaceful journey into a deep state of conscious rest. Setting a personal intention, a Sankalpa, will help you rest and restore while releasing stress.

The entire class is experienced in a comfortable savasana position with numerous props for comfort. Studies show that one hour of yoga nidra is as restful as a few hours of sleep. Experience this soothing phenomenon and rejuvenate your body, mind, and soul.

JivAtma Energy Healing

Guided By: Emily Julia

📅 Friday | January 17th | 7:00-8:15 PM | $30 Wellness Investment

Sign Up & Details

Join Emily for an evening filled with meditation, movement, energy balancing, and awakening. The workshop will begin with a meditation that honors our being, better known as Jiva. Jiva refers to the human part of us: mind, body, and form. From this meditation, we will work to honor our bodies with a slow flow, a cleansing yoga practice that guides each individual to awaken all seven chakras and the energy channels.

Once the body is balanced, we will transition into our restoring postures and awaken our second meditation to honor the Atma, better known as the deepest part of us, the spark of divinity, our soul. We will close this workshop with crystal healing to connect to our highest self, our white light, our divine being.

This workshop is suitable for all levels.

Yin & Yoga Nidra

Guided By: Kayla Doyle

📅 Friday | January 31st | 7:00-8:30 PM | $35 Wellness Investment

Sign Up & Details

This calming workshop will be the perfect blend between opening yin poses with the guided practice of restorative yoga nidra.

The workshop will begin with an hour of yin poses designed to ground us, open our bodies, and prepare us for a guided rest. From there, we will move into 30 minutes of yoga nidra.

Supported by blankets, props, and bolsters, the body will be arranged in a comfortable position for rest (most likely, lying down). The practice of yoga nidra or yogic sleep is a guided form of meditation that can be as restful and restorative as sleep itself.

When practiced, the body and mind are led into a state of waking consciousness, between sleep and wakefulness. The guided meditation and yoga nidra are associated with achieving a better night's rest, slowing down the racing mind, and calming stress.

Limited to 15 guests
