And now it's time for you to be taken care of. Restore and nourish yourself with a yummy post-holiday Deep Stretch Yin Yoga practice.
The setting of this practice is quiet, comfortably tempered, dimly lit, in a safe space that's gently filled with the sound of healing music. This practice begins seated and slowly transitions to fully laying down. With every breath, your body will slowly melt into therapeutic yin yoga poses for a deep healing stretch.
Throughout the practice, you'll receive scalp massage, Acupressure, Reiki, hands-on adjustments and loving massage with therapeutic grade essential oils.
