Join Chanelle for this 90-minute workshop where you'll learn how to do a full body massage and pressure point work with the use of tennis/lacrosse balls and foam rolling. You can expect to experience an increase in your range of motion, decreased pain and even minimize the appearance of cellulite!

What to Bring?

  • Wear comfortable & quiet layered clothes to manage your body temperature that you can move easily in.

  • Bring a yoga mat (or borrow a community mat) 

  • Water bottle (complimentary refill station available)

✅1 person cannot purchase 2 workshops

✅No refunds on workshops:

✅Early workshop cancelations need to be made 24 hours prior to the workshop start time in order to be credited back to your Sweet Balance account.
