Born and raised in Salem, MA, Ally went to college with a major in Education and Psychology. Introduced to yoga in college, Ally has been practicing yoga on and off for 13 years. She has been an early childhood teacher since 2008 and recently implemented mindfulness and yoga into her daily schedule with students. "The sense of calm amongst the madness of the school day has benefitted my little learners more than I could have ever imagined."
Ally has always been active, running 13 full marathons and roughly 30 half marathons over the past 7 years. Always looking for the balance of a physical practice or exercise without causing pain, yoga fit the mold of sustainability. Since 2015, yoga has become a huge part in her daily life to help with daily stresses of life and as a way of staying active and fit.
Ally's classes link movement and breath; proper alignment; and a sense of empowerment with some fun mixed in.
Ally is 200 hour RYT certified, Reiki II certified, and a huge animal lover. :)
